Reservations are non-transferable and require valid government ID at check-in. In case of a no-show, one night’s charge applies. Special promotional terms may override general terms. Kasturi Bagh reserves the right to cancel bookings made with false or incomplete details.

Guests must follow all safety, health, and hygiene regulations. Unauthorized gatherings, outside food or drinks, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Misconduct, harassment, or unsafe behavior may result in denial of entry or eviction.

Guests are responsible for their belongings. Safety deposit boxes are available in rooms, and valuables can be stored upon request, though exceptionally valuable items may be refused. Kasturi Bagh is not liable for theft, negligence, or vehicle damage in parking/valet services.

Billing disputes will follow the official bill. Kasturi Bagh is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to natural calamities, accidents, or events beyond control. Any disputes are subject to Jaipur court jurisdiction. Terms & Conditions may be updated without prior notice.
